Valencia - Casey Stoner showed convincing performance in the first free practice in Valencia MotoGP at the forefront so. Yamaha driver followed Stoner, Jorge Lorenzo.
Stoner took pole position during the free practice was held at the Valencia circuit, Friday (6/11/2009), the remaining five minutes. He then strained his time was 1 minute 32.813 seconds.

Rookie WSBK and 2009 world champion, Ben Spies, still needs further adaptation to the Yamaha YZR-M1 him and with a record 1 minute 35.052 seconds, slumped on the order of Spies 15.
